Rates and Retainer Information
Hourly Rate
Our hourly rate is $40 per hour, billed in 15-minute
increments. This is the preferable way
to start out if you are not sure how many hours you will
need up front and it will give us time to determine what
your exact needs will be going forward. We can
always switch to Retainer Rates at a later time.
If you are only in need of our services for a short
period of time, just a couple of hours a month, or your
needs vary month-to-month, then
the hourly rate plan is ideal for you. A
deposit is required in advance. This is detailed
in the contract that must be completed and signed before
any work will begin.
Retainer Rates
We offer a monthly retainer plan at a reduced rate of
$36 per hour (10% less than hourly rate).
This is ideal for clients who would like to reserve a
block of time each month. A minimum of 10 hours is
required and payment is due on the 1st day of the month
in which the work is being done.
Any additional hours that are
requested will be at the reduced rate. Any unused
hours do not carry forward nor shall they be redeemed.
Our rates do not include postage, shipping and
any supplies that are related to a project.
Methods of Payment
Two forms of payment are accepted. Check made
payable to LinRose Virtual Bookkeeping
or by credit card using Paypal.
A contract must be
completed and signed prior to any work being performed
by LinRose Virtual Bookkeeping.
