Rates and Retainer Information

 

Hourly Rates

Our hourly rate range is from $30 - $60 per hour for bookkeeping and administrative services and varies depending on the complexity of the work.

If you are only in need of our services for a short period of time or just a couple of hours a month, then the hourly rate plan is ideal for you.  A deposit is required in advance.  This is detailed in the contract that must be completed and signed before any work will begin.

Retainer Rates

We offer a monthly retainer plan at reduced rates.  This is ideal for clients who would like to reserve a block of time each month.  A minimum of 5 hours is required and payment is due on the 1st day of the month in which the work is being done.  Any additional hours that are requested will be at the reduced rate.  Any unused hours do not carry forward nor shall they be redeemed. 

Our rates do not include postage, shipping and any supplies that are related to a project. 

A contract must be completed and signed prior to any work being performed by LinRose Virtual Bookkeeping.
